AskStar Terms of Service

Please review these terms before using AskStar.

1. Service Scope and Disclaimer

Astrology readings, AI chat responses, and generated reports from AskStar are provided for entertainment and self-exploration only, and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

2. Account and Usage Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and reachable registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or in ways that compromise other users or the service.
  • AskStar may limit, suspend, or terminate access when abnormal or abusive behavior is detected or when your use creates legal or security risk for AskStar.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, Payments, and Refunds

  • Credits are consumed by usage-based features such as report generation and advanced analysis. Pricing and packages are based on what is shown on the purchase page, purchase flow, or platform store at the time.
  • If you purchase an AskStar subscription, it renews automatically for the subscription period shown in the purchase flow unless you cancel through your Apple Account or Google Play settings before the current billing period ends.
  • Deleting the AskStar app does not, by itself, cancel an active subscription.
  • Eligible subscriptions may be resynced through the in-app Restore Purchases flow where supported.
  • Synastry is a two-person analysis mode. Chat and reports follow the higher Credits usage rules shown in product UI.
  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable third-party payment provider. Charges, refunds, and billing disputes follow provider policies and applicable law.
  • Consumed Credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or a verified system error is confirmed after review.

4. Service Availability and Changes

AskStar may be partially unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or force majeure. We may adjust features, plans, models, pricing, and package structures when necessary, with updates published in-product or in documentation.

5. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Support

  • You can request account deletion directly inside the AskStar app. If you cannot access the app, you may also contact us through the support page or from your registered email.
  • We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, endanger other users, or create legal or security risk for AskStar.
  • After account termination or deletion, some legal, audit, payment, and security records may still be retained for limited periods as described in the Privacy Policy and required by law.
